Terms of Sale

The following terms of sale regulate the relations between Cabra Santa, Ileana Ostropolsky NIF 39446616Y. (Hereinafter “Cabra Santa”) and clients.

  1. Acceptance

The customer acknowledges, at the time of placing the order, the conditions of sale shown on the screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The execution of the order and its confirmation by the client materialize the full and complete acceptance of the conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.

  1. Order

The client is able to place the order by clicking on the “PURCHASE” icon.  At that moment the shopping cart will appear.  When the client clicks on the “MAKE PAYMENT” icon, the client will be redirected to a PayPal page where the client will be able to use this gateway for payment or use a credit card, whichever the client prefers.

  1. Order Confirmation

Once the client completes the payment process through the Paypal platform, this one will proceed to send an automatic message with confirmation of payment. The sale will not be completed until Paypal confirms payment.

  1. Delivery Time

Once the payment has been made, the delivery time may vary depending on the country of destination and always taking into account that CABRA SANTA is based in the Canary Islands which makes shipment not as quick as in mainland Spain.

  1. Method of Payment

The following methods of payment are accepted:

  1. PAYPAL After confirming the order, the client will be led to the PayPal website taking advantage of its secure payment platform. Paypal may retain an amount as a deposit or insurance when trying to make a purchase with the card in the PayPal platform (approximately one euro). This amount will be refunded by PayPal in approximately one month. The collection of this amount does not guarantee the purchase has been made.
  2. CREDIT CARD,  within PAYPAL platform.

 

6. Returns

From the moment the client receives the order, the client has, by law, fourteen calendar days to get in touch with CABRA SANTA and report the intention to return the order. CABRA SANTA will answer the client with an email with all the information on exchanges and returns.

If the reason for the return is that the product is faulty or that the client has received the wrong product, the exchange will be made without any additional cost to the client. In any other case, the additional costs of the return will be incurred by the client.

The client must contact CABRA SANTA through email and the client will be informed on how to proceed within the time frame mentioned previously.  All communications past the deadline will not be valid.  Discontinuance entails the full refund of the purchase amount and in order for the client to receive a full refund, it is essential that the product remain in perfect condition by keeping the original packaging and the purchase invoice.

  1. Cancellations

Only those products that have not been sent will be able to be cancelled.  In the event of the client wanting to cancel an order that has already been sent, the client will be charged the corresponding return costs to be valued based on the volume and weight of the package.

  1. Taxes

In general, any sort of  tax, fee, customs clearance or brokerage that is accrued as a result of the purchase of goods, as well as any other expenses derived therefrom, will be at the incurred by the User/Buyer.

  1. Prices

Products will be sold at the price shown on the website, the price shown at the time of confirmation of the order made by the customer being the effective one. CABRA SANTA reserves the right to modify prices and other commercial conditions without any previous notice.

These Terms of Sale will apply to all services or products offered by this website unless otherwise specified by Cabra Santa.
